UV curing has been proved the most efficient source in UV print drying, added to many advantages that are provided to the printers. SAHIL UV Offset Printing Machines are built above the hurdles of operation process. The number of UV lamps is installed depending on the size and speed in which the printer does the production. All safety features are incorporated which makes the system easy for the operator.

In this UV offset press UV curing systems are designed & installed at the delivery side of the machine.
The vacuum conveyor of variable speed transports the printed sheets and takes it to the UV curing chamber and cures it immediately. The cured sheets are then passed on to the delivery conveyor.

Sahil UV Offset Printing Machines are available in various sizes i,e; 18x25, 18x28, 20x30, 22x32 & 24x37. The UV conveyor machine fitted with separate control panel, complete vacuum bed, cooling of the lamps, vacuum blower fitted with castor wheels for easy installation and handling. Control Panel Systems are available with 415V + 5% 50 Hz.
