SAHIL-NP Model High Speed Mini Offset printing machine is a newly produced lateral feeding commercial press backed with advanced foreign technologies. A very ideal press for commercial printing, this NP unit is widely used for invoices, lotteries, share forms, documents, etc. The machine has on-line numbering capability as well as perforating facility to its key values. The Offset Printing Machine consists of following units :

Open & Close NP Unit :
In online numbering machine NP unit can be opened and closed according to your printing requirements. It can also print sequent different numbers or the same numbers. Each numbering mount can install 7 horizontal numbering boxes. Moreover, the cylinder shaft can stall 7 mount rings and a maximum of 49 numbering boxes. In case of vertical number box, each numbering mount can install 5 numbering boxes, and a maximum of 35 numbering boxes.

Perforation Unit :
In Perforation Unit, 4 units of perforation wheels can print at the same time for vertical perforation lines. The distance between the two perforation wheels is 2.73 mm, and the distance between two perforation lines is 2.13 mm. Perforation device can simultaneously perforate vertical and lateral in a precise way.

Resin Letterpress Printing :
There are 6 ink rollers and 2 ink form rollers which ensure good inking impact.
